Cancellation Form

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You do not have to use this form. You can also tell us by email at info@sleeproxx.com, as long as it is clear that you want to cancel.

To cancel, complete the form below and email it to us, or post it to the address shown. Please send it within 14 days of the day your order arrived.

What happens next

Return the item to us within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. We will refund you, including the standard delivery cost of your original order, within 14 days of receiving the item back. Return postage is at your own expense. Please use a tracked and insured service and keep your proof of postage.
