Our products
We try to show our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on different screens. Sizes are shown in our size information, and fit is designed to be loose and oversized, so please check measurements before ordering.

Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (£). We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Payment is taken when you place your order. If we spot a pricing error, we will contact you before dispatching and you can choose to continue or cancel.

Your order
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, and if so we will refund you in full.

Delivery
We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times and costs.

Returns, cancellations and refunds
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, and you can return unworn items within 28 days. See our Refund Policy and Cancellation Form for details.

Faulty items
Your legal rights are not affected by these terms. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will put it right.

Our designs
All designs, artwork, text and images on this website belong to Sleep Roxx or the artists we work with. Please do not copy or use them without our written permission.

Using this website
Please use the website lawfully and do not try to disrupt it. We try to keep it running smoothly but cannot promise it will always be available.

Our responsibility
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. Nothing here limits our responsibility for anything the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in place when you placed your order apply to that order.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also use your local courts.
